Pulsaro is an AI-powered platform. As part of our Services, we offer features powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning, including content generation, brand voice learning, SEO suggestions, and outreach drafting.
We provide these AI features through Anthropic (Claude API) as our primary AI Service Provider. Your inputs (prompts, brand details, content requests) and the outputs generated are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. You must not use Pulsaro's AI features in any way that violates Anthropic's usage policies.

Pulsaro allows you to sign in using Google OAuth. When you do, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information only to create and manage your Pulsaro account.
You can also connect social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, and others) to enable content publishing. When you connect an account, we store an encrypted access token that allows Pulsaro to publish on your behalf. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your Settings page.
Pulsaro is based in India. Our servers and those of our service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you are accessing Pulsaro from the EU, UK, or other regions, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and India.
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, including where required the use of Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA or UK.

If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Pulsaro is an AI-powered marketing operating system that helps founders, solopreneurs, small businesses, and agencies create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms. The Services include AI content generation, a CRM, email marketing tools, SEO automation, analytics, and an outreach engine for following up with warm leads from your own contacts and content engagers.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Outreach engine: Pulsaro's outreach features are designed exclusively for human-reviewed, personalised follow-up with contacts from your own CRM and people who have engaged with your content. Automated mass messaging, cold prospecting to purchased lists, or any use that violates platform policies is strictly prohibited.
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in Pulsaro, including all source code, software, website designs, trademarks, and the "Pulsaro" name and logo. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as explicitly set out here.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Pulsaro. By using the Services, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to the extent required to provide the Services to you.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Pulsaro, we may use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
Pulsaro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you retain access until the period ends. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
14-day satisfaction guarantee: If Pulsaro does not work as described within 14 days of your first payment, contact hello@pulsaro.net for a full refund — no questions asked.
Founding Member pricing ($29/month): The Founding Member rate is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel your Founding Member subscription, the locked price is permanently forfeited and cannot be reclaimed when you re-subscribe.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. Subscription pricing is shown at checkout in USD. All applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after providing notice where reasonably possible. We will never delete an account without reason or warning.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our data retention policy above.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it to third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Pulsaro in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these terms.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting hello@pulsaro.net and allowing at least 30 days for resolution.

Pulsaro runs on Railway infrastructure hosted in the United States (US West region). Our PostgreSQL database is managed by Railway with automated daily backups retained for 7 days. Our marketing website (pulsaro.net) is hosted on Netlify.
All infrastructure is monitored 24/7 with automatic failover and restart on failure.
If you discover a security vulnerability in Pulsaro, please report it responsibly to hello@pulsaro.net with the subject line "Security Vulnerability".
We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and keep you updated on the fix. We do not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith.
